Whitewater’s Got Talent AUDITIONS!

Hey All,

Whitewater’s Got Talent is right around the corner, we will be holding auditions October 22nd from 9:00 to 10:30pm and October 25th from 6 to 8pm @ Jitters Coffee House in Wells East.

For auditions students, with music talent, are asked to prepare a piece of music unaccompanied for the audition judges. Students with dance talent may bring in a cd or tape to be played for them to dance to, however it is not required to have music. The audition judges will judge the talents based on creativity, entertainment, quality (tone, accuracy, technique-for music, and flow, artistic expression, execution-for dance).

Please email the Co-Programmers at rhaprograms@uww.edu if you wish to schedule a time to audition.

RHA Welcome Back BBQ

Hello UWW Students,

RHA will be holding a Welcome Back BBQ on Friday September 28th @ 4:00- 6:00pm in the Hamilton Room. There will be free food for the first 100 people as well as various yard games.  We will also be hosting a Live Band: The Siege Perilous. Look them up and get hooked! Please remember to bring your student I.D. See you all there!!

Lil’ Sibs Registration extended to April 7!

Dear Families,
The Residence Hall Association (RHA) will be holding their traditional campus wide event known as Lil’ Sibs Weekend. On Lil’ Sibs Weekend, UW-W students can bring their little sibling(s), cousins or family friend(s) to the campus for one weekend full of fun activities. Lil’ Sibs Weekend will take place on April 13-15, 2012. The event will be holding on the UW-W campus and the little siblings, cousins, family friends will be staying with the UW-W student. This year’s theme is “Around the World”, letting everyone travel around the world and experience different parts of the world all in one weekend. Each residence hall will be participating and putting on fun events for everyone to enjoy. The cost to attend the event is $20.00 per sibling and will include the following:

  • T-Shirt for Lil Sib
  • Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday)
  • A ticket into a UW-W Baseball game
  • All activity costs and admittance to Lil’ Sibs activities
  • Prizes
  • Treat bag upon checkout, YOU MUST STAY TILL THE END SUNDAY MORNING TO RECEIVE TREAT BAG.

    • In order to register your Lil Sibs please do one of the following; send RHAPrograms@uww.edu an e-mail asking for a registration form and hold harmless form for Lil Sibs Weekend or follow this link to our webpage where you can download and print off our registration and hold harmless forms for Lil Sibs Weekend http://uwwrha.org. Please print and return the following if you can access the registration form online.
    -Registration Form
    -Hold Harmless Form for EACH sibling
    -Payment $20.00/per sibling and $5.00 if the student wants a t-shirt (optional)

    Please have all forms turned in by April 7th, 2012. If we do not receive your registration by the above date your sibling will not be registered for the event.
