                                 i.            Call to order: meeting was called to order at 7:10pm

ii.            Roll Call

iii.            Approval of the Minutes: Shawn Deisinger moved to approve the minutes, seconded by David Hawkenson. Consent was called, minutes approved.

iv.            Executive Reports

i.      President Dan- completed transition binder over Spring Break

-          Working on a new program

-          Everyone sent out lots of nominations for Reception of Excellence

ii.      Vice President Vicki-

-          Working on the budget

-          Dealing with RA funds requests

iii.      Executive Assistant Bekah

-          Ordered supplies for RHA and Lil Sibs weekend

-          Worked on Relay for Life

iv.      NCC/WCC Emily

-          Getting ready for NACURH

-          Figuring out meeting times and a theme

-          Buying plane tickets on Thursday

v.      NCC/WCC elect Becky

-          Getting really excited for NACURH

vi.      Co programmers Lauren and Jordan

-          Working on Lil Sibs things, this is next weekend!!! April 13-15

-          There is a sign up for Lil Sibs. Please sign up for any times that you will be available.

-          Brewer’s game is April 23: There are still more tickets available!! Please email rhaprograms@uww.edu if you would like to come.

-          Sex in the UC is April 25

-          Pie a Big Wig is April 25, please ask RA’s to become a part of this.

vii.      PRD Rachel:

-          Hung up all of the plaques

-          April calendars went out, you should see them up in halls soon

-          Working on posters for all of the upcoming events

v.            Advisor Reports

i.      Lindsay

-          April 12 6pm room 108 Hunger Games banquet- the first 100 people get free food!

-          Congratulations to everyone who got RA positions

ii.      Ariel

-          Thank you for nominating people for reception of excellence

iii.      Terry

-          Nominations for RHA E board are coming up, please run if you are interested.

vi.            NRHH Report

-          Spring induction was April 1 and 11 new members were inducted.

-          Nominations for E board positions were this past week, elections will be April 18

-          OTM’s are due Thursday

vii.            ARA Report

-          April 13 lock in 7-9 for all RA’s

-          Pie a Big wig April 24 9-4 in the UC

viii.            French Dip Update

-          16 days until everyone arrives

-          Water bottles came in

-          Volunteer sign up sheet is going around

ix.            Committee Report(s)

-          Tobacco Free committee has senator sponsorship for a few pieces of legislation and some referendums.  April 16- UC 259 7pm discussion on first piece of legislation. April 30- referendum will be voted on.

-          Jitters will be throwing a party for Lil Sibs weekend, they will have shaved ice flavors for the events

-          UC Board: new posting plan has been approved, there are not going to be banners anymore, but there will be wooden boards used to display information.

x.            Approval of the Budget: Gary Chaffee moved to approve the budget, seconded by Megan Reddin. With a vote of 27-0-7, budget passed.

xi.            New Business /Guest Speakers

i.      Warhawk Alley:

-           People from marketing class are putting on programs in Warhawk Alley. A few of the events include a Warhawk Olympics, with a grand prize of $300.00 in purple points. April 15 12 with registration starting at 11:30. The price is $10.00 per person

-          The other event is the Warhawk Strut, similar to the Amazing Race. They would like twenty teams of 2 people, with a grand prize of $200 in purple points. Saturday 14 2-5pm.

ii.      Frank Bartlett – Director of Residence Life: Frank Bartlett presented the increase in room rates for the 2012-2013 school year. Prices will increase some, but the increase isn’t very much. Additionally, there will be a LOT of renovations made over the summer. There will be a meeting every week regarding the building of new Residence Halls. This meeting will take place Friday at 9:30 in 213 Goodhue.

iii.      UW-Wellness Services – Sexual Assault Awareness Month: UHSC is sponsoring a lot of different events for sexual awareness month.  There is a Facebook page that has information about all of the events happening throughout the month. Please wear your buttons and bracelets!!

iv.      I believe in… Event: RHA, NRHH, ARA, and WSG is all working together to work on a new event. This is going to be a sort of flash mob/ movement. This is the same sort of thing that USA TV network did. April 23-25 from 10-4pm.  The t shirts will be for sale in the UC. T shirts are$5.00. The shirts are white and say “I believe in…” then you write on your shirt what you believe in. April 25 this will be photographed.

-          Shirts are going to be $5.00 and 120 shirts are being ordered. The funds request is for $600.00 to cover the cost of shirts, and when shirts are bought the money will come back to RHA.

-          Jake Tripp moved to approve the $600.00, seconded by Megan Reddin. With a vote of 30-0-3 motion passed.

xiv.            Final Thoughts:

-           Nominations start next week for President, Vice President and Executive Assistant. The following week nominations are open to everyone, and President, Vice President and Executive Assistant positions will be voted on.

-          Presidential dinner is April 15 at 7pm

-          Lil Sibs is next weekend!

-          Volunteer to help in Jitters during Lil Sibs weekend if you can!

xv.            Adjournment : Cole Wohler moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Shawn Deisinger, consent called and meeting adjourned at 8:28pm.
