i. Call to order: Meeting was called to order at 7:05pm

iii. Approval of the Minutes: Kelli Sobczak moved to approve the minutes, seconded by Megan Reddin. Consent called by Greg Loreti, minutes approved.
iv. Executive Reports
i. President Dan
- Getting guest speakers set up
ii. Vice President Vicki
- Working on the budget
- Dealt with a few care package questions
- Worked with promotion on creating a new design for RHA for a care package program for OCM.
iii. Executive Assistant Bekah
- We are starting a new recognition program!! These are High Fives, and you can give them to anyone who lives on campus. Please include the person’s name, hall and room number. The high fives will be posted on the door of that person.
iv. NCC/WCC Emily
- French Dip meeting have begun! We are hosting this conference, it will be one of the last weekends in April
- WURHA meeting Thursday nights, WURHA is Feb 15-17. We will be showing this to you as soon as it is done
- Also working on legislation updates to the constitution
- NCC/WCC elections will be starting Feb. 22. If you have any interest in running for Emily’s position, talk to her or email her.
*You must have attended at least one conference.

- T- shirts are in!!! Please pick up your shirt if you ordered one. Either attend a meeting or stop in the RHA office to pick it up.
- Been working on some PR items for a table at Operation Beautiful, a program that we donated money to last semester
- There will be a PR committee that is going to be started again this semester. If you have any interest in being a part of this, sign up or talk to Rachel
v. Advisor Reports
i. Ariel- Welcome back!
ii. Luis- applications are available for RAs and summer resident assistants. Please submit an application if you have an interest in this. Applications are due February 19.
- There will be informational/interest meetings January 31 from noon to one pm, Feb 1 3:30-4:3-pm, and Feb 2 1:00-2:00pm.

vi. NRHH Report
- First meeting this week
- Time and date have changed, it will be Tuesday at 5:15
- If you are interested in applying for NRHH applications will be going out late Feb/early March

ix. Approval of the Budget: Sheldon Bean moved to approve the budget. Seconded by David Kirst. With a vote of 30-0-6 motion passed and budget has been approved.
x. Guest Speakers
i. Officer Steve:
- Wanted to thank RHA for the $1500 we donated to the bait bike program. The campus police will be moving ahead with this program, and will hopefully have the bikes by the spring.
ii. WSG: Involvement Fair
- This is the same sort of event that happened during September, but it will be inside this year.
- Different organizations will have a table set up in the UC with information on their organizations.
- Wednesday Feb 1 12:00-2:00 pm
- Asking for support for hanging up signs in the Residence Halls so as to target a larger body of students.
- Sheldon Bean moved to call to question. Seconded by Megan Reddin, consent called by Nicole Holder. Motion passed and signs will be hung up in the halls.
xi. Old Business
i. Compensation Review Proposal
- This was tabled from the last meeting and was to be discussed. Because many of the LITs have not met and discussed this, we will postpone the discussion until next week’s meeting.
- LITs, please meet and talk about this before the next meeting.
- As always, if there are any questions, do not hesitate to ask us questions, stop by the office or email, whatever works best.
xii. New Business
i. Involvement Fair
- RHA will have a table at the fair, and the E board members will be staffing the table.
- This is a great chance to encourage other students to be a part of RHA. If you know of anyone you think would enjoy RHA, please invite them along, and come by and visit us yourselves!
xiii. Issues/Food Comments
xiv. Final Thoughts: Please let us know when your LITs are meeting so that we can come by and visit everyone.
xv. Adjournment: Kayla McIntosh moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Megan Reddin. Consent called by Cole Wohler, meeting adjourned at 7:47pm.
