OTMs are a way to recognize someone that has been doing a great job for this entire month. There are numerous categories to submit entries for. OTM winners are chosen monthly by the UWW OTM Committee. Excellent OTM submissions can be sent on to win regional and national awards.

How do you win an OTM?
OTMS are read and voted on by the UWW OTM Committee. They can also be sent on to win regional and national awards. Winning OTMs are recognized in Residence Halls and at RHA Meetings. Contact the PRD at rhaprd@uww.edu if you are interested in joining the OTM committee.
