How can I recognize someone that is doing a great job?
RHA has several ways for you to do so:
OTMs
OTMs can be used in various ways. They are ways to recognize people that have contributed towards change all around campus. These are NOT “RHA Rockstar” nominations or Snaps; nominees for OTMs must be subjects of true character at UW-Whitewater.
RHA Rockstar
Each RHA Meeting, our Vice President gives out the “RHA Rockstar” awards. If you know someone that has been doing a phenomenal job, you can nominate them for a “RHA Rockstar”. You fill out this form for why they deserve one and they will be awarded with a Rockstar Energy drink at the end of the RHA meeting during Final Thoughts.
Snaps
Each RHA meeting, we offer the opportunity to “give snaps” to someone who is doing a great job. There is a virtual form sent out in the beginning of the meeting that is very simple to complete. It says “snaps to _____ for _____” All you need to do is complete the form. You can complete it as many times as you’d like. The snaps are read at the end of each meeting during Final Thoughts by our Executive Assistant, Julihannah. Here’s a few example snaps:
- Snaps to Kayla S for being a great advisor.
- Snaps to Emily M for doing a great job promoting the Pulliam program this week.
- Snaps to Isabel S for being a great friend and being there for me this week.
